TRAINING ON PROJECT CLOSURE, AUDITS AND COMMUNICATION

The training focused on the preparation of the project for its closure. Exercises were designed to help participants to work with the final report template and its indicators and tought them how to handle the closure costs. On the second day, focus was on the strategic communications of project results towards the end of the project and beyond.
